Whether you're planning a summer vacation, snowmobile trip, retreat or just want to be “Up North,” Stony Crest Cabin has all of the amenities for a great vacation!

 

Soak in the sun on the large pier, intentionally designed for your group to gather on, jump off of and swim in the sandy bottom swimming area. Tie up your personal or rental boat(s) to the pier and dock your kayak or provided paddleboards (2) on the kayak rack. Spend your summer days cruising the chain of 28 lakes, in the Three Lakes & Eagle River Chain, beach at a sandbar, catch a ski show or hop local lakeside dive bars. Deer Lake attracts fisherman on the hunt for the lake’s abundant musky, walleye, and bass, with a couple of hotspots within feet of our pier. After a day on the water, move your party up to the lower level outdoor patio. Catch a sunset in the rocking chairs, stargaze and roast smores around the fire pit. Cozy up to one of the four indoor fireplaces in the fall and winter seasons.

 

Stony Crest Cabin is surrounded by endless UTV & snowmobiling trails and conveniently located within 15 miles of the snowmobiling capital of the world, Eagle River. The property borders the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest with thousands of acres of trails for exploring on skis, snowshoes, foot, bicycle or with a personal motor craft vehicle.

 

If you would like to enjoy a relaxing day indoors, you’ve got options! Sip your morning coffee in serenity on the screened-in porch. Curl up on the sofa with that book you’ve been wanting to finish, in the library. Experience a movie on the big screen in the theatre room with authentic theater seats and surround sound. Binge-watch Netflix on the first floor or lower level living rooms. Or spend the day on puzzles and board games from our collection. If you like to stay active, the exercise room is a great place to sweat out your vacation eats & drinks. It includes weights, bands and a TV w/ DVD player for exercise videos. Spend some time downstairs challenging each other in a game of Golden Tee 2020, throwing darts on the electronic dartboard, or playing a game of Galaga. 
 

The Chef’s Kitchen is fully-stocked if you are looking to entertain and cook for yourselves during your stay. It includes everything from cookie sheets to an InstaPot and Weber gas grill on the deck for grilling. The kitchen island, breakfast nook and formal dining room provide the optimal dining experience for all. The mudroom, located off the kitchen, is where you will find complete access to a washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, and any other oddities you might find yourself needing during your stay.
 

The call of the loons and the singing of bullfrogs will gently put you to sleep in one of the 5+ bedrooms. Rest comfortably on a brand-new Casper memory foam mattress, freshly-washed Brooklinen sheets, and plush pillows. A desk, for those times when you can’t escape business, is located in the office along with a full-size Murphy bed. All bathrooms come with fluffy towels, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner & body wash & blow dryers - so you can pack a little lighter!
 

Head into Three Lakes to seek out additional entertainment. On your 5-mile drive into town, you’ll pass by a number of restaurants, bars, and a local grocery store. Three Lakes has a quintessential downtown area with a winery, restaurants, shopping, coffee & bakery shops, a movie theatre, and an ice cream shop. Continue on down the road another 10 miles and find yourself in Eagle River for additional activities and more “Up North” offerings on a larger scale.
